Michaelis Challenge - 13 September 2025
AutoBoutiqueSA proudly joined the Michaelis Challenge 2025, celebrating fitness, endurance, and community spirit at the breathtaking Bivane Dam, just outside Vryheid, KwaZulu-Natal.
The annual Michaelis Challenge is a much-loved local event that brings together outdoor enthusiasts for a day of mountain biking, gravel racing, and trail running. This year’s challenge offered multiple race distances for all skill levels, from casual participants to competitive athletes, making it a true community event for families and adventurers alike.
The day was filled with vibrant energy — from the early morning races and scenic trails around the dam to the family zone, food stalls, and live entertainment. The atmosphere captured everything AutoBoutiqueSA stands for: passion, performance, and the drive to push limits.
As a proud supporter of local events and active lifestyles, AutoBoutiqueSA extends congratulations to the organizers, participants, and winners who made the 2025 Michaelis Challenge a huge success. Get ready for roaring engines, family fun, and community spirit — the Vryheid Plaas Drag 2025 is coming to Sandspruit Plaas on Saturday, 8 November 2025, from 08:00 to 16:00!
Proudly supported by AutoBoutiqueSA 4×4 Fitment & Leisure, this year’s event promises a full day of adrenaline-fueled drag racing, local entertainment, and fundraising for a great cause — with all proceeds benefiting CANSA (Cancer Association of South Africa).
Expect a day packed with excitement:
🚗 Plaas Drag Races – real vehicles, real power, and local legends competing for top times
🍔 Food Stalls & Refreshments – great eats for the whole family
🎈 Kids Entertainment – fun activities for the little ones
🎤 Live Charity Auction – amazing prizes up for grabs in the afternoon
Entry Fees:
Pre-entry: R500 per vehicle (limited spaces – pre-booking essential)
Spectators: R50 per person, kids under 12 enter free
